As a photographer, I enjoy getting out in the community and being involved for a good cause. Before my daughter was born, I was a part of photographing dogs up for adoption through a group called Project HALO. Now that Stella is a little bit more on a schedule and I am too, I jumped at the chance to shoot for them again but this time it was for a fundraiser. Renee Goss, a jewelry stylist with Stella & Dot along with Dilworth Neighborhood Grille and celebrity host, Morgan Fogarty from Fox News threw an event called Baubles & Bark. Five dollars got you in the door for some yummy apps plus five dollars off your first purchase at the Stella & Dot trunk show. A percentage of the purchase went directly to Project HALO.
